Lead times for new straight installations are typically 5 to 10 working days from order. Curved units are bespoke-manufactured to your staircase, so allow 4 to 6 weeks from initial survey to fitting. Where someone needs a lift urgently — a hospital discharge, for instance — we can usually supply a reconditioned unit immediately and book the new bespoke installation for a few weeks later.
